Miao Diocese coaching rural youth for public service exams

The coaching camp will conclude on 21st of this month.

In an effort to prepare the youth for the upcoming Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission Examinations, the Diocese of Miao is organizing an intensive coaching for the youth, who would otherwise not have such an opportunity.

“We need to prepare our youth today for tomorrow’s tough competitions,” said Bishop George Pallipparambil of Miao.

The 25 participants attending the coaching camp, which started on Jun 12 at Kristu Jyothi Niwas, Tinsukia, are from far-flung villages of Tirap, Longding and Changlang districts of Arunachal Pradesh.

Father Thomas Erambil, Secretary of Catholic Education Commission in east Arunachal Pradesh, expressed concern over the paucity of government officers from the eastern part of Arunachal Pradesh. He also highlighted the need for having dedicated and committed public servants to serve the people of Arunachal Pradesh.

The coaching camp will conclude on 21st of this month.

The resource persons for the 10-day intensive coaching are from the Insight IAS Coaching team from Bengaluru.
